NERLISSA is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes incurred during shipment. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Unclaimed / Refused Orders
If a package is returned to us due to refusal of delivery, unclaimed at customs, or failed delivery attempts, shipping fees will not be refunded. The customer may be charged for reshipping the order.
