We currently offer worldwide shipping. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.


Shipping Timeframes
• UK & Europe: 3–7 business days
• USA & Canada: 3–9 business days
• GCC countries: 3–8 business days
• Rest of the world: 7–15 business days

Please note: delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, courier issues, or unforeseen circumstances. NERLISSA is not responsible for such delays.


Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and chosen delivery method.


Incorrect Address Disclaimer
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is complete and accurate. NERLISSA is not liable for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information.                                                                         

Order Changes & Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make changes to the shipping address or cancel the order. Please double-check your information before confirming checkout.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
In the event your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier first using your tracking number. If further assistance is needed, email us at support@nerlissa.com within 7 days of the issue.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
NERLISSA is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes incurred during shipment. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Unclaimed / Refused Orders
If a package is returned to us due to refusal of delivery, unclaimed at customs, or failed delivery attempts, shipping fees will not be refunded. The customer may be charged for reshipping the order.
